SHIPPING

I am happy to offer free next day local delivery in Victoria on all orders.

Please leave a phone number in the notes at checkout and I will arrange contactless delivery with you. Please note I am not entering buildings or using buzzers to minimize contact. 

I am trying to keep my shipping costs affordable so I don't have to increase product prices to cover the costs and at the same time I want to offer you the best service I can. Thanks for your understanding!

WITHIN BC:

Free shipping on all orders over $75

Flat rate of $10 for orders under $75

REST OF CANADA:

Free shipping on all orders over $100

Flat rate of $15 for orders under $100

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator.

All orders over $10 value are sent with tracking.

If you are in Victoria - I offer next day local delivery on all orders.

Please note that orders are shipped from Victoria BC. within 1-3 business days of when your order is placed.

**Shipping update****

Carriers leaving BC to travel to other Provinces are experiencing delays due to the flooding and how it impacted the major highways. Please allow for extra time for your order to arrive.

Orders within the lower Mainland usually arrive withing 2-3 days. (Victoria - Vancouver ) but the rest of BC has been impacted by the highway closures. Please order early to avoid disappointment from a delayed shipment.

Orders to the rest of Canada can take anywhere from 3 days to Winnipeg and anywhere from 5 to 9 days to Ontario. 

All packages are sent by expedited delivery with tracking so you can see your expected delivery date.

ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, an email confirming your order details and shipping information will be sent to you.


Please review this carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you see any information that is not correct.
 

Your order is carefully packed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. 

You will receive a confirmation email with all the shipping details and a tracking number.

Yes - absolutely but only if the order has not shipped.

If you would like to add or remove any items from your order please email be ASAP and I will adjust accordingly and send you an updated order confirmation.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I believe in every product I sell and inspect it before I hand pack it. 

If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a store credit or a full refund.

The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns. 

**Please note  that you are responsible for properly packaging your order and shipping it back at your expense.**

*Please note - for hygienic reasons jewelry, hair accessories, lip gloss and body glitter are non-refundable.

If I made a mistake and you received the wrong item - first of all, so sorry and second send an email as soon as you can. I will send the correct item to you with a prepaid return label.  I know how much time and effort goes into planning celebrations and understand how important it is to receive the correct items. I do my very best not to make any mistakes!

You are able to make a return within 14 days of purchase.

To start a return - please send an email to hello@wishesthepartstore.ca with the following information: (returns sent without contacting me first will not be refunded)

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for the return
  3. Please indicate if you would like a store credit or a refund or an exchange

Please note - You are responsible for properly packaging the return and shipping is at your expense.

Once I have received you unused item in perfect condition, I will then process the return and the purchase amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.

I can also offer a store credit instead of a refund - I am hopeful that you will be happy with your original purchase and you won't need to refund anything!

COVID PROTOCOLS

During these unprecedented time in our lives, health and safety are very important to me. I follow a safety plan developed by WorkSafe BC to ensure that I use best practices while running my business. 

I wear a mask and gloves while packing your order and make sure to sanitize all of the items as they are packed.

My wish for everyone is that celebrations still happen even during these times, although a bit smaller in size, bringing smiles to faces and joy to you and your loved ones.
