Once your order has been placed, an email confirming your order details and shipping information will be sent to you.

Yes - absolutely but only if the order has not shipped.
Most orders ship one day after the order has been placed.
If you would like to add or remove any items from your order please email me ASAP and I will adjust accordingly and send you an updated order confirmation.
I am happy to offer free next-day local delivery in Greater Victoria on all orders. No minimum order required!

Orders are shipped from Victoria BC Canada within 1 business day of when your order is placed.
Please note that packages are not shipped out on weekends or statutory holidays.

All orders are packaged and sent out the next business day using FedEx, Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.
All packages are sent with tracking so you can see your expected delivery date.
You can choose expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of receiving your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a store credit or a full refund.
If I made a mistake and you received the wrong item - first of all, so sorry and second send an email as soon as you can. I will send the correct item to you with a prepaid return label. I know how much time and effort goes into planning celebrations and understand how important it is to receive the correct items. I do my very best not to make any mistakes!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns.
**Please note that you are responsible for properly packaging your order and shipping it back at your expense.**
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a couple of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges or Damaged Items (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions. If you receive an item and it is damaged during shipping please send an email and a picture of the item. I will be in contact with you to discuss a refund or if a claim must be submitted to the carrier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are able to make a return within 14 days of purchase.
To start a return - please send an email to email@example.com with the following information: (returns sent without contacting me first will not be refunded)

- Reason for the return
- Please indicate if you would like a store credit or a refund or an exchange
Please note - You are responsible for properly packaging the return and shipping is at your expense.
Once I have received you unused item in perfect condition, I will then process the return and the purchase amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
I can also offer a store credit instead of a refund - I am hopeful that you will be happy with your original purchase and you won't need to refund anything!
