Local (Saugeen Shores, ON) delivery and pick-up options are available at checkout.

All orders are hand packed by me and sent out within 24-48hours (during business days) using ICS, FedEx, Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.

All packages are sent with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can see your expected delivery date. Please note that once the package leaves my hands, I have no control over delivery. I will do my best to help you in the event that your package is delayed or damaged but it is not my responsibility nor do I have the ability to do anything but help find a solution. I understand that sounds a bit harsh but I do want to be transparent about my role in the shipping process.

Address changes or if you need to reroute package is not available once they have left the facility. Please double check your mailing address, especially with PAYPAL.

If your item says delivered and you have not received it, please consult with your neighbours and your postal company first. A police report will have to be filed by the customer for any stolen goods. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
