Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund and return the item(s).
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wishesthepartystore.ca.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**Please note that you are responsible for properly packaging your order and shipping it back at your expense.****
You will be notified once your return has been received, and we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Instructions and a return shipping label will be sent to the shipping address on file.
We want to make sure your order is right and rest assured it is double-checked when we pack it up, but if a mistake was made, please accept our apology and contact us. We will ship the missing item right away.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on jewelry, hair accessories, lip gloss, body glitter, sale items or gift cards.
