If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a store credit or a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
**Please note that you are responsible for properly packaging your order and shipping it back at your expense.**
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a couple of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges or Damaged Items (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions. If you receive an item and it is damaged during shipping please send an email and a picture of the item. I will be in contact with you to discuss a refund or if a claim must be submitted to the carrier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I'm Renée, mom to three, and lifelong party planner. I've always loved celebrating.
Starting Wishes has been a dream of mine since the days of planning my kids' parties.
I loved making party decorations, figuring out how to make that mermaid cake come to life, and occupying ten (or more!) kids for 2 hours.
Before plunging into entrepreneurship, I pivoted career paths several times. Previously, I was a caterer and personal chef. While catering wasn't the perfect fit for me, it helped me realize what I did love: seeing people enjoying themselves and celebrating together.
And so, amidst a global pandemic, lockdowns, and ongoing restrictions, I opened Wishes Party Store.

My kids are now all grown up, but I want to pass on my magic to help you, your family, and your friends create lasting memories for years to come.
