What are your health & safety precautions for COVID-19:

During these unprecedented time in our lives, health and safety are very important to me. I follow a safety plan developed by WorkSafe BC to ensure that I use best practices while running my business. I wear a mask and gloves while packing your order and make sure to sanitize all of the items as they are packed.

My wish for everyone is that celebrations still happen even during these times, although a bit smaller in size, bringing smiles to faces and joy to you and your loved ones.

 

What happens after I place an order?

Once your order has been placed, an email confirming your order details and shipping information will be sent to you.
Please review this carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you see any information that is not correct.
 Your order is carefully packed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with all the shipping details and a tracking number.

How long does it take for my package to be shipped?

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are dependent on Canada Post but normally take 3-5 business days. There might be a longer delivery time to more remote addresses. Please track your parcels with the tracking number found in your confirmation email. Unfortunately, we cannot control the transit times of Canada Post and lost or stolen packages.

Due to Covid-19, all mail carrier services are experiencing delays in delivery times due to higher package volumes. If you are on a tight time deadline, please send me an email and I will try and help figure out the best option for you.

Is it possible to add an item once an order has been placed?

Items can only be added or deleted from your order while it is still "processing." After that, you will need to place another order, but please send a quick email so the second order can be added to the first to save on shipping; that way, you will receive the items together.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled while it is being "processed" so please send an email right away, and I will do everything we can to sort it out and issue a refund if necessary. I get it, sometimes things happen, or kids change their minds. Don't worry; I am here to help.

What about returns?

If you need to return any items they must be unopened and in original condition and returned within 30 days. The return must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. A complete refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Opened items are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake and you received the wrong item - first of all, so sorry and second send, an email as soon as you can. I will send the correct item to you with a prepaid return label.  I know how much time and effort goes into planning celebrations and understand how important it is to receive the correct items. I do my very best not to make any mistakes.
